Shack is certified in the Nurturing the Mother Fertility Massage, a method developed by Claire Marie Miller. This work combines specific massage techniques with fertility awareness and cleansing therapies to support your body as it prepares for conception.
What to Expect in a Session
Every session may include a combination of the following, tailored to where you are:
Castor Oil Pack
A relaxing pack (with instructions to recreate it at home) to support cleansing and help dissolve adhesions.
Cranial-Sacral Work
Calming, centering holds to help balance the whole nervous system.
Integrative Reflexology
Targeted work stimulating the reproductive areas, endocrine glands, and digestive system.
Deep Pelvic Work
Bodywork to help release adhesions and increase circulation through the pelvic area.
Shiatsu Points
Pressure-point techniques to support energy flow through the reproductive system.
Aromatherapy & Visualization
Scent and guided visualization chosen to support hormonal balance and help you feel present and open in the process.
